Do you want to work with an award winning company based in the Midlands?My client is hiring a Financial Controller to maintain the Grounp Finances.Duties Incluce:
- Preparation of the Companies Group financial statements
- Liaise with external Auditors
- Management of the year-end audits
- Responsible for all acquisition and technical accounting
- Timely manner of all tax returns (corporation and direct tax)
- Working with our external advisors, to lead the tax planning
- Implement and develop the tax transfer pricing policies
- Ad-hoc project work
- ACA,ACCA or CPA Qualified
- Suitable for a newly qualified accountant or person with some industrial experience
- Strong technical accounting skillset
- Comfortable around taxation compliance
