- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care supporting daily living, wellbeing and recovery
- Lead, supervise and mentor social care staff, promoting best practice and consistency
- Develop, implement and review individualised care and support plans
- Act as a key point of contact for families, guardians and external agencies
- Liaise with CAMHS, Tusla, schools, youth services and healthcare professionals
- Ensure full compliance with HIQA standards, safeguarding and Children First legislation
- Maintain accurate, confidential records and contribute to case reviews and conferences
- Promote independence, resilience and positive life skills for service users
- Level 7 qualification in Social Care or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in social care, including leadership or supervisory duties
- Strong understanding of HIQA, safeguarding and child protection
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Full driving licence desirable
- Legal right to work in Ireland required
- Garda Vetting is mandatory for relevant roles.
- International Police Clearance is required where a candidate has lived or worked outside Ireland for 6 months or more since the age of 16
