The Role

Motivate and mentor your team to achieve their best success
Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service
Train new starters and also evaluate current staff's performance and implement and training that may be needed for upskilling

Support the store manager in reaching over all KPI's of the store
Ensure the store layout and product placement align with the companies branding and standards

Help manage inventory level to meet customer demand
Support the execution of marketing and promotional campaigns within the store

The ideal candidate

Proven management experience within a fast paced retail environment (fashion based store not essential)

Ability to guide and motivate a team
Be a quick thinker and a skilled problem solver

Have an understanding of customer needs, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a welcoming working environment

Effective communication and people management skills
