Barden is delighted to be partnering with a multinational client based in Dublin who are expanding there Data Analytics team. This is a permanent position and there is an option to work remotely with a trip to the office once per month.ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an experienced Senior Customer Analyst you will be responsible for Business Forecast Modelling: Develop and maintain robust forecasting models to predict sales trends, customer behaviour, and market dynamics. Ensure models are accurate, scalable, and adaptable to changing business environments.
Customer Clustering and Segmentation: Utilise advanced analytics techniques to segment our customer base into distinct clusters. Analyse customer behaviour, preferences, and demographics to identify patterns and insights.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse complex datasets to extract actionable insights. Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

5+ years’ experience in customer analytics, data science or a similar role.
Statistical and mathematical modelling expertise
Commercial awareness and drive to use data to deliver tangible business outcomes
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage large quantities to data (structured & unstructured), with attention to detail, accuracy, and speed
