- Deliver a warm, professional, and helpful service to guests at all times.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond with a caring, prompt attitude to enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain all public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety.
- Monitor maintenance issues in public areas and report them as per hotel policy.
- Handle lost property according to departmental procedures.
- Ensure correct and safe use of equipment, chemicals, and materials, always keeping storage areas tidy and well-organised.
- Uphold all health, safety, hygiene, and fire regulations.
- Promote the hotel’s services and actively support upselling opportunities.
- Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in maintaining 5* standards.
- Communicates courteously and effectively with colleagues and guests.
- Is flexible, reliable, and works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Understands the importance of guest care and providing anticipative, discreet service.
- Can follow procedures and adapt to the changing needs of the hotel.
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel environment is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided.
