
Clinical/Counselling Psychologist - Basic Grade

- Consultation to psychiatric and medical providers about modalities of psychological treatment on a case-by-case basis. This would include working with different models and interventions, among others:
- Provision of psychological assessment, formulation and intervention
- Communication of psychological concepts and findings to patient and families
- Supportive psychotherapy
- Psychotherapy evidence informed models (e.g. CBT, CFT, DBT, Psychodynamic, Systemic).
- Special techniques of group therapy within the psychologist's area of expertise
- Facilitate outpatient services
- Keep up to date with mandatory training and professional development requirement
- Adhere to relevant Health & Safety policies, procedures and related regulatory requirements.
- Maintain appropriate patient and residents' records in accordance with Highfield Healthcare's requirements, Mental Health Commission and Data Protection Acts.
