We are currently recruiting for a Catering Team Leader. This is a full time role.Some of the duties include

Provide first line team liaison, monitoring, and supervision
Ensure the highest possible hygiene standards within the department and Catering Assistant team in compliance with food safety legislation and HACCP
Ensure the highest possible quality driven customer and patient centred standards within the Catering Assistant Team
To mentor their work colleagues and work proactively as part of the Catering Team
To attend and engage with departmental meetings
To participate in training / refresher training as and when required
To deal in a courteous and responsible manner with any complaints that may arise in the course of your duties reporting all incidents to departmental management.

The ideal candidate will have

Background in Catering / Food Service
Experience working in a Hospital or Healthcare setting
HACCP/Food Safety training e
Experience working in a team based environment
