We are seeking a Senior Payroll Manager to lead our payroll operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. This role requires strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of payroll regulations, and previous experience in a payroll bureau setting.About the Role:

Location: Dublin 2
Hybrid: 2-3 Days in Office
Salary: €70,000+ (DOE)
Hours: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (Monday - Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including domestic and international payroll.
Mentor and oversee a team of payroll professionals.
Handle billing, budgeting, and preparation of invoices.
Contribute to department planning and strategic objectives.
Provide advice on employer compliance obligations.
Ensure compliance with real-time reporting and payroll tax filing.
Uphold quality control procedures.
Coordinate payroll audits and provide guidance on best practices.
Drive continual process improvement and standardization.
Stay updated on accounting and regulatory standards.
Build strong client relationships.
Promote financial accounting and outsourcing services.

Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 5 years' experience in a busy payroll bureau environment.
IPASS qualified.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of payroll processes.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
Ambitious with a passion for career progression.
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple engagements.
Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
