Location: Lucena Clinic, Child & Adolescent Mental Health ServicesInitial Base: Team 2, Lucena Clinic, The Exchange, Belgard Square North, Tallaght, Dublin 24Lucena Clinic provides a comprehensive Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service for young people presenting with moderate to severe mental health disorders, to defined catchment areas, with an under 18 population of 172,585, residing in South Dublin City and County plus North and West County Wicklow. Clinical Teams are based throughout the catchment area operating clinics in Tallaght, Rathgar, Dun Laoghaire, Bray, Wicklow town and Arklow.SENIOR SPEECH & LANGUAGE THERAPISTPermanent, Full Time (35hrs p.w.)Saint John of God Community Services, Community Mental Health Services Lucena Clinic are now inviting applications for the post of SENIOR SPEECH & LANGUAGE THERAPIST. Candidates must have:
Recognised qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
CORU registration
Minimum of three years’ post qualification experience – experience of working with children and adolescents in a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service would be an advantage
Knowledge of Child & Adolescent Mental Health Disorders
The ability to demonstrate their interest in having a career in a Mental Health setting
Flexibility, commitment, innovation, enthusiasm and resourcefulness
RemunerationSalary Grade 3379 SPEECH AND LANGUAGE THERAIST, SENION on the Consolidated HSE Pay Scale €63,279 - €74,509 per annum pro rataInitial locationThe initial location of this role is Lucena Clinic, Tallaght Team 2. However, you may be required, from time to time, to work at SJOG CS’s other places of business or/and the premises of such associated s companies or organisations as SJOG CS may require.
