
Corporate Contract Co-ordinator

- Provide leadership and oversight across 2–3 operational sites with integrated service teams.
- Manage and support Account Managers, ensuring effective delivery of services to the client.
- Act as the primary escalation point for both customer and internal teams.
- Identify and implement projects that drive continuous improvement, cost savings, and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to align with both client and customer objectives.
- Monitor and report on KPIs to ensure service levels are met and exceeded.
- Attend and contribute to stakeholder meetings with the customer and internal departments.
- Proven experience in a similar coordination or operations management role, ideally within a multi-site environment.
- Strong project delivery skills with a focus on cost efficiency and process improvement.
- Excellent communication, numeracy, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a structured and detail-oriented manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is desirable.
- Full clean driving licence is essential.
