With a focus on dignity, respect, and person-centred care, we support individuals with long-term disabilities and older adults to live independently in the community.We are a nurse-led and dynamic home healthcare provider operating across Dublin. As our services grow, we’re recruiting Weekend Healthcare Assistants to deliver care that truly makes a difference.Who You Are:
- Caring, dependable, and motivated to deliver excellent care
- Actively working toward QQI Level 5 (with Care Skills and Care of the Older Person modules complete)
- Holds a valid People Moving & Handling Certificate
- Has a full EU driver’s licence and owns a car (essential for this role)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Available to work every Saturday and Sunday
- Can provide work and character references
- Prepared to complete Garda Vetting (we cover the fee)
- Experience with disabilities or Dementia training is a plus (not essential)
- Deliver personal care and home support to clients in their homes
- Follow care plans tailored to each client's needs
- Promote independence, dignity, and well-being
- Maintain accurate daily care notes and report changes in condition
- Adhere to infection prevention and control measures
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and the wider care team
- Set weekend rosters with regular hours
