Duties to include; Carrying out maintenance requests from your Line Manger. General gardening and weeding duties. To maintain the upkeep of the surrounding areas. Light plumbing and maintenance work. Painting, cleaning and carpentry jobs. Adhere to Good Code Practice at all times. Monitor the use of supplies and equipment, upkeep of mechanical and manual equipment. Adhere to all Health and Safety practice. Preform other related duties as required.
