  • Stock Management: Oversee the management of store stock, ensuring accurate inventory levels, timely replenishment, and effective stock control to support sales and minimize shrinkage.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop the stockroom team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment that emphasizes accuracy and efficiency in stock handling.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure efficient and effective stockroom operations, optimizing processes for receiving, storing, and distributing merchandise to the sales floor.
  • Inventory Accuracy: Implement procedures to maintain inventory accuracy, conducting regular audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and alignment with business objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess stockroom performance, using feedback and operational metrics to make improvements and ensure alignment with business goals.
Profile:The ideal candidate is a team leader who is organized and efficiency-oriented. They should possess the ability to manage stock effectively, lead a team, and optimize stockroom operations.Qualifications:
  • Experience in stockroom management or inventory control, preferably within a retail or similar environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ability to implement effective stock management procedures and ensure operational excellence.
  • Understanding of inventory control systems and processes.
  • Ability to conduct audits and reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy.
