Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Commercial Performance:
  • Drive store performance by achieving and exceeding sales targets & KPIs.
  • Review sales reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ensure an engaging shopping experience that enhances customer loyalty.
Team Leadership & Development:
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team to deliver high standards of service and performance.
  • Create a positive and motivating work environment that fosters growth.
  • Identify training and development opportunities for staff progression.
Customer Experience & Brand Representation:
  • Ensure exceptional customer service aligning with brand values and expectations.
  • Lead by example in delivering a personalised and engaging customer journey.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations efficiently.
Operations & Store Standards:
  • Manage all aspects of store operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and compliance.
  • Oversee inventory management to minimize stock loss and maximize product availability.
  • Ensure the store is well-presented, clean, and aligned with brand guidelines.
People & Performance Management:
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop a strong team culture through clear communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and health & safety standards.
