Salary € 30,000 -40,000The RoleLeinster Appointments is currently recruiting for an Office Administrator in Co. Kildare. This is a permanent, full time role.Fully office basedSalary up to €35,000Main duties:Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and business partnersProvide administrative and sales support to both team members and clientsManage a busy customer service counter, handling incoming calls, emails, and general client inquiriesPerform various ad hoc duties, including providing support to other departments as neededDemonstrate the ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environmentCoordinate sales administration tasks, including communication with dealerships regarding stock updatesPrepare and maintain vendor reportsHandle vendor inquiries through both phone and email communicationThe Person
- Be organised, efficient and eager to succeed
- Have previous experience in a busy administration role with strong experience in MS office
- Have a commitment to high standards and a positive, can-do approach to work
- Be highly efficient and organised with excellent attention to details and the ability to prioritise work
- Be customer focused with excellent customer service skills
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral), with excellent command of the English language
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
