As a Swim Teacher, you'll be responsible for teaching swim lessons to children and/or adults in accordance with our curriculum and safety standards. Whether you're working with beginners or helping advanced swimmers fine-tune their technique, you'll be making a lasting impact.About the roleKey Responsibilities:Lead group and private swim lessons for various age groupsEnsure a safe and supportive environment for all swimmersCommunicate effectively with students, parents, and team membersProvide regular feedback on student progressMaintain cleanliness and safety around the pool areaAdhere to all company and pool safety protocolsAbout the companyA family-run hotel & bar group owned and managed by the Gallen Family.Required Criteria
- Lifeguard certification and/or Swim Instructor Certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, patient, and energetic attitude
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Previous experience teaching swim lessons preferred
