
Logistics Support Coordinator

- Assist in clearing a high volume of freight orders impacted by IT system discrepancies, data mismatches, or other operational issues.
- Liaise with shipping hubs, sources of supply, and customer service teams to determine the physical location and status of shipments.
- Monitor and trace shipments across various platforms to ensure timely delivery and accurate reporting.
- Identify bottlenecks or delays, escalate issues appropriately, and follow through to resolution.
- Maintain clear records of communications, shipment status, and issue resolutions using Excel and internal systems.
- Basic understanding of transportation and logistics operations-you know your way around freight terms and supply chain workflows.
- Strong written communication skills-you can clearly and professionally communicate with internal teams and external partners.
- Solid Excel skills-comfortable with spreadsheets, filters, pivot tables, and basic formulas.
- A collaborative mindset and a knack for staying organized under pressure.
- Experience working with ERP or freight management systems.
- Prior exposure to international shipping or multi-modal logistics.
- Ability to troubleshoot IT-related order issues with minimal supervision.
