This position is located in Presentation Secondary School, Tralee, Co. Kerry and operates around the secondary school calendar. Our employees are off at the break periods: midterms, Christmas, Easter and summer (unpaid). This may appeal to people with school going children.Our employees are welcomed as part of the school community.We are currently recruiting for the following positions:Supervisor:Monday to Friday 26 hours per week. Shift time approx 8.15am-2.30pm. Half day Wednesdays.Catering assistants:Part time approx 10-15 hours per week, on a 2 day / 3 day rotation. Shift time approx 8.30am-2.15pm.The roles involve the preparation of a variety of rolls, wraps, ciabattas, pasta & rice dishes. Service of small break and lunch and clean down.Strong time management and organisational skills are a must as operating to strict break times.Previous catering experience and knowledge of HACCP an advantage essential.
