Our client is a market leading, well established, retail company, who specialise in the sale of Agricultural and Garden equipment , they are a supplier of some of the country's leading brands , and have multiple locations.We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join the existing team in one of my client’s Cork locations, as the Branch manager you would oversee the entire sales, parts and service operations for the branch, while setting a high standard for these operations and looking for improvements moving forward to maintain high standard.Responsibilities:
  • Ensure both the sales opportunity and after-sales experience are performed to a high standard , in line with my clients sales operations and that customers are provided with an excellent service.
  • Management of sales targets, margin, expense, profit ,stock turn, losses, credit control.
  • Responsible for training and development and management of staff , recruitment , HR
  • Reporting to Company management committee – act as point of contact for my clients branch and participate in management and company's direction decisions
  • Promote branch business , lead development and execution of marketing strategies, social media posts, trade shows, open days.
  • Ensure site is well presented , maintained and secure, safeguard employees and branch visitors, comply with legislation in place.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar position, ideally with some experience in agricultural or hardware industries
  • Experience in sales/profit driven business
  • Financial acumen
  • Strong people management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • I.T proficient
