You will be passionate about delivering the best possible customer experience for each of your clients, including the highest standard in all treatments you do. Taking an active interest in your clients concerns / queries to ensure you can recommend the best products for their needs. We are looking for someone with an eye for detail. You will be pro active in your daily tasks, organised, self motivated, a team player but also can work independently. Someone who enjoys a fast paced environment and will work with the salon manager and team to constantly improve the customers experience and drive sales in the salon.Primary Duties
  • Carry out a range of beauty treatments including; nails, brows, waxing & spray tan.
  • Ensure the treatment room / area is immaculate and well presented for every client.
  • All workstations should be clean and free of debris and dirt. All equipment and tools should be washed and disinfected after each use and a new set of unused equipment (combs, brushes, files, sheets, towels, smocks, etc.) should be used on each client.
  • Deliver the highest standard in treatments for every client.
  • Display an interest in the clients needs / concerns in order to recommend the best products.
  • Book and confirm appointments for clients in house along with our online schedule app to optimise the clinics’ time and client’s convenience.
  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day clinic operations (ordering, filing, mail and payment management)
  • Assist and support the team on the upkeep of the salon and support them where required.
  • Maintain the positive environment we have created at Ebano
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients
