- Ensure work is carried out to a high standard
- Design review of earthworks, pavement, markings etc
- Prepare method statements, inspections, test plans etc
- Quality and compliance
- Supervision of works relating to earthworks, pavement
- Scoping documentation
- Assist with tenders and prepare estimates
- Degree in Civil/Pavement/Highway engineering
- 5 years+ pavement/concrete/asphalt construction exp
- Experience in managing earthworks activities
- Good understanding of health and safety
- Proactive with excellent communication skills
- Full Drivers license
