Manager, Data Analytics and ReportingLocation: Ireland, Dublin (Hybrid)Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced manager to lead our Data Analytics and Reporting team. This individual will spearhead the transition to our new enterprise analytics platform, fulfilling our mission to empower our colleagues with access to trusted data, while enabling self-service analytics across the entire organization.In this role, the manager will translate business requirements into value, effectively prioritizing tasks with a product-oriented mindset. The role encompasses the creation of analytical content as well as the iteration and maintenance of existing solutions. The role involves educating and supporting colleagues in the adoption of our tools. We seek a leader who can inspire a culture of data-driven decision-making across Bentley.We will rely on you for the following:

Spearhead the transition to the new enterprise analytics platform, identifying project phases and structuring tasks.
Articulate directly with stakeholders and end users to identify requirements and develop analytical solutions to meet their needs.
Lead a team of data analysts and BI developers in research, development, and implementation of innovative BI solutions that lead to improved business outcomes.
Know our data models inside and out and create infrastructure to help others self-serve with analytics needs.
Work across all phases of the software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing and implementation.
Lead the team in creating educational and enablement content. Communicate project releases to the organization.
Advocate a data-driven culture among the business units and executive leaders.
Be responsible to stay informed and keep up with latest industry trends and best practices on data analytics and business intelligence to allow constant growth and maximized team performance.

What You Bring to The Team:

Experience as a team lead or manager, showing strong project and people management skills.
Experience with BI technologies, specifically Power BI and Qlik.
Experience using data to drive business decisions. Possess excellent problem-solving skills.
Creative, strategic, and independent thinker. Detail-oriented and focused on ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Proactive on addressing gaps / innovative ways of improving reports and analyses.
Able to own and manage multiple projects from start to completion – eliciting requirements from business stakeholders, performing proof of concepts, design and development.
Excellent analytical and communication skills to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge and/or experience with enterprise application administration is desired.
Bachelor's/master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field.
