The Award Winning Nadur Spa at Ballygarry Estate Hotel & Spa currently has an exciting opportunity for a Spa Therapist to join our outstanding team!Scope of the Role: A spa therapist is responsible for providing professional spa treatments to clients to promote relaxation, relieve stress, and improve overall well-being.Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional face and body treatments according to Nadur Spa standards, using Irish, Organic and results-driven products.
Advise guests on suitable treatments and products to enhance their spa experience.
Provide outstanding guest service, ensuring every visitor leaves with unforgettable memories.
Promote and upsell treatments and retail products to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the spa facilities.
Participate in ongoing training to refine skills and knowledge of our unique body and skincare ranges, including VOYA, GROUND and SKIN FORMULAS.

Qualifications Needed:

Qualified to QQI Level 5&6, ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent
Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or a recent graduate looking to gain invaluable experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
