- Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand clients' goals, risk tolerance, and financial situations.
- Develop and implement customized financial plans that align with clients' objectives, incorporating investment strategies, retirement planning, tax planning, and estate planning.
- Provide expert advice on a range of financial products and services, such as pension, investment and protection products.
- Stay current on market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes to provide informed and up-to-date advice to clients.
- Actively identify sales opportunities from inbound enquiries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, reviews, and adjustments to financial plans as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as business development and broker support teams, to ensure holistic and integrated financial solutions for clients.
- Stay compliant with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest ethical standards in all client interactions.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a consultative sales-focused position within the financial services industry.
- QFA (Qualified Financial Advisor) certification is required.
- Additional qualifications such as RPA, SIA, or CFP are highly desirable.
- Previous experience advising on of pension, protection and investment products in the Irish market is a must.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven ability to evaluate complex financial information and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
- Shorter working week, half day every Friday.
