- Set up, program, and operate CNC cladding, purlin, and folding machines according to production schedules and specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate production of components.
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain precision and quality.
- Perform regular inspections of finished products using measuring tools to verify adherence to specifications.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the operation of machinery and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Document production activities, including job logs and machine maintenance records.
- Collaborate closely with team members to optimize production processes and enhance efficiency.
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator, specifically with cladding, purlin, and folding machinery.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and operation, particularly related to the manufacture of metal components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and the ability to conduct precise measurements.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
