Full job description
Job Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling inspections and services for the fleet.
  • Analysing service sheets and keeping proper records in line with legislation.
  • Analysing defects and ensuring they are addressed in a prompt and timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively alongside the Transport Manager and team in order to provide support to the fleet.
  • Adding and de-fleeting vehicles as required and ensuring all relevant documents are in place.
  • Taxing of the fleet
  • Organising MOT’s and co-ordinating with the transport team.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.
Applicant needs to be able to work as part of a team.
Attention to detail is a must.
Prior experience is desirable but full training provided.
B licence would be an advantage but not a requirement.
