Senior Planner - Data Centres - DublinWe are currently partnering with a Tier-2 Design and Build contractor specialising in Data Centres across Europe. Due to continuous growth, they are looking to expand their team further with an experienced Senior Planner in Dublin, Ireland.Responsibilities
Programme Development & Management:
Create, maintain, and monitor detailed construction programmes (using Primavera P6 or similar), covering all phases from design through to commissioning, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and project milestones.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting:
Track project progress against the baseline schedule, identify delays or risks, and produce regular reports and dashboards for senior management, clients, and stakeholders.
Look-Ahead Planning & Coordination:
Lead the development of 3-6 week look-ahead programmes in coordination with site teams, ensuring critical path activities and interfaces are clearly identified and understood.
Risk & Change Management:
Assess programme impacts of design changes, procurement issues, or site delays, and support commercial teams with time impact assessments (TIAs) and extension of time (EOT) claims when necessary.
Stakeholder & Subcontractor Interface:
Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure planning inputs are accurate, realistic, and communicated effectively across all parties.RequirementsMust have 8+ years’ experience in a similar role Must have previous Data Centre construction or similar large-scale construction experience Must be based in or within a commutable distance of DublinBenefits€80,000 - €90,000 + Benefits
