- Support employer partnerships across initiatives Community Based Initiatives using AI-powered tools to maintain up-to-date contact lists, engagement status, and communication tracking.
- Use AI analytics to prioritize employer follow-ups based on activity trends and interest signals.
- Schedule and coordinate employer events (e.g., career talks, internships) informed by predictive insights from historical engagement data.
- Leverage the Global Learning Delivery (GLD) instance to track student cohorts and alumni milestones, integrating AI features that flag at-risk learners or incomplete placements.
- Utilize Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) with embedded AI to monitor project timelines, identify bottlenecks, and optimize reporting for initiatives.
- Use AI-generated reports to support decision-making for resource allocation, program customization, and partner engagement strategies.
- Manage student and alumni engagement in the Circle/Alumni community platform, using AI tools to segment communications, recommend events, and personalise learning opportunities.
- Coordinate alumni speaker participation, using AI to analyse past event feedback and match speakers with relevant topics or audiences.
- Track and analyse alumni interactions and community engagement to support retention and advocacy strategies.
- Conduct AI-assisted research to identify new partner opportunities, including Community-Based Organisations (CBOs) across EMEA.
- Use AI-driven workforce analytics to support proposals for regional pilots and employer partnerships.
- Support outreach campaigns with AI-personalised messaging and scheduling tools that enhance engagement across regions and employer segments.
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in program coordination, workforce development, employer engagement, or community outreach.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; able to work with data, as well as people.
- Experience working with digital platforms and learning and collaboration tools.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, databases, and task-tracking software.
- Commitment to growing the ServiceNow ecosystem providing access & education opportunities with a passion for supporting learners.
- Experience with AI in educational or workforce settings.
- Prior exposure to RiseUp with ServiceNow or similar reskilling/upskilling programs.
- Knowledge of programs requiring coordination of student support operations, and project management.
