Red D are recruiting an Operations Manager for one of the most exciting gastro pubs in South County Dublin.If you're a strong Bar Manager, Food and Beverage Manager or even a General Manager looking for something fresh, this is absolutely worth a look.We're talking about a brilliant operation run by one of the best in the business-creative, forward-thinking, and genuinely sound. It's not a late-night spot either, so you get all the buzz without the brutal hours.As Operations Manager, you'll be working directly with the owner, with loads of scope to get stuck in and really influence how things are done day-to-day. You'll be across everything from the floor to back-office, managing a strong team and making sure service runs like clockwork-even when it's full-on.This is a team that cares about quality, energy and having fun while doing a seriously good job. If you've got solid experience in busy, high-end bars, quality gastro pubs or food-led hotels, and you're looking for a change that actually feels like a step forward, this is probably it.You'll need to bring:
  • A great personality and calm, confident leadership style
  • Solid experience managing busy, quality-driven operations
  • A real interest in food and drink (cocktails included)

Schedule: Full-time, no late nights
