Company OverviewOur Excusive client, GSW Recruitment & Training Solutions Limited, are hiring an Operations Manager to support the company directors in day to day management of business operations and driving the overall growth of the organisation.GSW Solutions are committed to the consistent delivery of outstanding Recruitment, Training and Consultancy Services to a diverse client base from Global Corporations, Government Bodies, SME’s and Sole traders, holding large market share in key areas.This role with GSW Solutions is located in their state of the art training facility in Sligo town centre.Role and ResponsibilitiesBusiness Operations
  • Drive excellence in GSW’s Operational Standards and Service delivery at all levels of the organisation by continuously improving customer satisfaction metrics, implementing quality control measures, and proactively addressing client needs and concerns.
  • Monitor the overall operation of the organisation, working closely with the company directors to ensure compliance with Recruitment and Training industry regulations, legal requirements, and ethical standards in all operational activities
  • Manage and ensure adequate staffing requirements are met through ongoing recruitment campaigns for tutors, trainers and other key administrative staff within the organisation
Business Development
  • Leverage your network in the Training and Recruitment field to identify new initiatives and business opportunities to increase the profitability of the organisation.
  • Cultivate and strategic partnerships with other businesses or organisations.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients and customers to ensure maximum service level and business potential is being met.
People Management
  • Oversee the organising of key staff/ trainers/tutors/instructors regarding schedules, course materials, documentation and controls for all GSW Solutions
  • Managing company administration staff who oversee documentation such as timesheets for invoicing and scheduling of interviews for clients
  • Responsible for ensuring new employees and Tutors/ have been provided with all course materials in advance of the course start date to achieve effectiveness in their role
  • Consistently monitor the performance of both the team and organisation using an agreed KPI framework.
Financial Management
  • Coordinate and manage project budgets, providing regular updates to company Directors in relation to current spend or any other changes to project plans.
  • Manage day to day financial operations including overseeing P&L budgets, managing (at a high level) the tracking of supplier invoices and credit control.
  • Be aware of the overall financial position of the organisation and present financial figures to the Directors.
