With a rich history of innovation and excellence, we are committed to driving sustainable growth and maintaining strong client relationships.Role Summary:As a CRM Data Administrator, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Business Development (BD) team. This role will involve coordinating key activities including proposal preparation, client engagement tracking, and supporting the tender process. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the BD function and contributing to the strategic growth of the company.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Business Development (BD) team.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system, BD trackers, and associated databases to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Assist various teams in preparing, formatting, validating data templates for CRM uploads.
  • Liaise with internal departments (Engineering, HR, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to gather and validate information for bids and proposals.
  • Monitor tender portals and manage tender alerts, ensuring timely communication to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support market research and competitor analysis initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations in all CRM-related activities.
  • Identify opportunities for CRM process improvements and support implementation.
  • Provide user support and training for CRM system users as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within construction, engineering, or a similar industry.
  • Experience supporting business development, marketing, or sales teams is desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
Desirable Attributes:
  • Familiarity with public and private tendering processes in Ireland and/or the EU.
  • Experience using document management systems (e.g., SharePoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
