
CRM Data Administrator - Dublin

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Business Development (BD) team.
- Maintain and update the CRM system, BD trackers, and associated databases to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Assist various teams in preparing, formatting, validating data templates for CRM uploads.
- Liaise with internal departments (Engineering, HR, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to gather and validate information for bids and proposals.
- Monitor tender portals and manage tender alerts, ensuring timely communication to relevant stakeholders.
- Support market research and competitor analysis initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations in all CRM-related activities.
- Identify opportunities for CRM process improvements and support implementation.
- Provide user support and training for CRM system users as needed.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within construction, engineering, or a similar industry.
- Experience supporting business development, marketing, or sales teams is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Familiarity with public and private tendering processes in Ireland and/or the EU.
- Experience using document management systems (e.g., SharePoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
