
Senior Cost Consultant (CSA)

- Leading and supporting cost appraisal and value management exercises
- Managing estimating and cost planning, including ownership of final cost plans and development budgets
- Preparing and quality-checking Bills of Quantities and tender documents
- Overseeing procurement processes from start to finish
- Delivering accurate cost checking, valuations, and monthly cost reports
- Managing value engineering, lifecycle costing, and negotiation of final accounts
- Acting as a key client interface throughout all project stages
- Mentoring and developing junior team members
- Helping grow Currie & Brown's presence in the Irish market
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
- Pre- and post-contract experience in the Republic of Ireland
- Excellent technical writing, communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage projects independently and represent Currie & Brown at meetings
- Organised, proactive, and commercially astute with a collaborative mindset
- A positive, flexible attitude and strong team-player approach
- Ideally MRICS or MSCSI
