- Serving as a representative for our sportswear brand.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service is consistently delivered.
- Providing guidance and support to customers in their selections.
- Addressing customer concerns or escalating issues to the on-duty manager or supervisor.
- Managing customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintaining optimum stock level on store shelves.
- Collaborating in the handling of store deliveries.
- Executing store replenishment activities.
- Monitoring and regularly reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as in-store orders and e-receipts.
- Consistently thriving to reach personal and store targets for the overall team's success.
- Identifying opportunities to promote upselling and additional product sales.
- Must be available Mid-week and Weekends
