- Manage maintenance of site electrical infrastructure using the Computerised Asset Management System (CAMS) in coordination with the system coordinator and on-site electrical maintenance team.
- Oversee maintenance of Life Safety Systems (Fire Detection, Fire Suppression, Emergency Lighting) and Security Systems in collaboration with vendors and maintenance teams.
- Manage day-to-day operation of the security access control system, including approval of all adds, moves, and deletions.
- Lead management of all electrical infrastructure change requests (Power, IT, Life Safety & Security Systems).
- Ensure all changes are accurately captured in the CAMS and updated on site record drawings.
- Support the Facilities team in maintaining asset information and performing annual equipment condition assessments.
- Plan, design, and oversee reconfiguration, maintenance, and alteration of facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Gather and review data related to equipment specifications, regulatory requirements, timelines, and construction feasibility.
- Coordinate with architecture and engineering firms to develop design criteria and prepare detailed drawings.
- Prepare bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition.
- Review and estimate project costs, including equipment, installation, labor, and materials.
- Inspect or direct inspections of construction and installation activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Operates independently with limited supervision.
- Coaches and reviews work of junior specialists; may manage projects or processes.
- May be responsible for full project ownership within the job area.
- Builds consensus and strong stakeholder relationships to achieve objectives.
- Addresses complex, multi-disciplinary challenges.
- Drives process, system, and performance improvements.
- Engages with senior internal stakeholders, external customers, and vendors.
- Influences decision-making through clear communication and expertise.
- Provides guidance, coaching, and training to team members.
- May manage projects involving delegation and review of work.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant facilities or electrical engineering experience.
