
Warehouse Operative

- This team accepts our customers’ new inventory and owns the entire process of getting inventory put away and accepted into our system.
- Follow the process and guidelines for each client’s needs
- Report to team-lead’s instructions
- Work with our WMS system to allocate stock on shelves
- Make sure stock accuracy is above 99%
- Process Returns
- Be involved in assembly/barcoding process
- Communicate with client solutions department.
- Organise and sort out stock across racking and shelves.
- This team is responsible for delivering products to the next stage of the process accurately and quickly. As an integral team member, pickers and their colleagues keep the flow of customers’ products moving and the warehouse humming.
- Pick orders accurately
- Loading/Unloading pallets and stock
- Cycle count of stock
- Good Attention to detail
- Work as part of a team to hit daily picking targets
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- This team is responsible for ensuring quality for every shipment and packaging them correctly. The team works together with picking to guarantee that shipments are fulfilled perfectly.
- Verify orders against pick list for accuracy
- Accurately pack and apply shipping labels
- Ensure items are packed securely to prevent damage during transit
- Report damaged or missing items to the Team Lead
- Assist with building pallets for collection
As a team, you will be asked to help in other areas outside of your normal day-to-day responsibilities to ensure the operation runs efficiently and with a high level of accuracy. Flexibility is key. Actively participate with all Health & Safety, Quality and HACCP requirements relating to the warehouse.What You’ll Need
- Warehouse/manual handling experience.
- Customer focused and driven.

- A good working standard in numeracy, literacy, and warehouse equipment/systems.
- Good communication skills and a team player.
- Willingness to get tasks completed on time, accurately.

- Ability to lift 50lbs without restriction and to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach above and push/pull frequently.
