We're looking for an experienced Met Mast Technician to join our Measurement Services Division in Stradone, Co. Cavan.Galetech Measurement Services uses next-generation technology to collect and analyses wind and solar data for renewable energy projects. Act in a safe and responsible manner at all times.
Installation of wind, solar masts and lidar measurement equipment.
Installation of lidar & power supply equipment.
Complete any reporting accurately and on time.
Complete inventory checks and be responsible for ensuring materials needed are on site.
Execute other tasks as requested by your Site Manager.

Candidates should:

Have experience in an electrical-mechanical role
Hold full clean EU driving licence
Be comfortable working at heights and enjoy working in the great outdoors
Be comfortable with extensive travel and overnight stays
Previous experience helpful but not necessary in wind, solar & lidar measurement equipment
Previous Telecoms works on Met Masts would be an distinct advantage
A good understanding of the application and use of safe systems of work, including working in accordance with Wind Turbine Safety Rules
