We are currently hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper in Castlebar, Co. Mayo. MayoJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Competitive, DOEKey Responsibilities– Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, QuickBooks)
– Process accounts payable and receivable
– Bank reconciliations and VAT returns
– Assist with payroll and monthly reporting
– Ensure compliance with Irish tax regulationsRequirements– Experience in a bookkeeping or finance role
– Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
– Strong attention to detail and time management
– Relevant qualification (e.g., IATI, ACCA part-qualified)Desirable– Experience with BrightPay or similar payroll systems
