ABOUT OUR CLIENTAzon are delighted to be partnering with a well-established property services company based in Dublin 24 to assist them in hiring a Service Manager. This is a permanent and is fully office based with the hours 7:30am – 4pm Monday to Thursday and a 3pm finish on a Friday.The Service Manager (SM) is a member of the Management Team. The SM manages the Service Team, acts as a liaison between the Operations Manager (OM) and maintenance and service staff.
The SM manages the day-to-day delivery of the job schedule. The SM also steps in to cover the workload of Service Administrators, when absent.ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Manage/run Skilled Op, Paint & Clean desk (10 trades personnel/operatives)
- Day to day implementation of job schedule.
- Manage service team (3)
- Review KPIs
- Fleet management
- Waste management
- Purchasing / monitoring stock levels of paint, flooring, etc.
- Customer complaints – review, take initiative, update OM
- SM interacts with HR as required
- 5+ years in property / facilities maintenance sector
- Service desk experience is advantageous
