- Must be flexible with schedule - Able to work weekdays, weekends, holiday periods, evening/late shifts.
- Ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment
- Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems
- Strong problem solving skills, ability to handle difficult situations and guests
- Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- Train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline team members to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.
- Actively participate and contribute in Marketing and Promotional activities
- The ability to be visible in the operation, recognize, nurture and maintain relationships with regular guests as well as cultivate relationships with new guests to ultimately increase loyalty
- Communicate with team members and managers to ensure operational needs are met as well as attend operational meetings as required to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments
- Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed
- Create and nurture a 'Great Place to Work' for all.
