- Utilize knowledge on the Luxembourg private wealth operating model to support prospects, existing clients, and the global business development team to answer detailed questions and provide guidance about the client onboarding process.
- Manage the day-to-day communication with the fund's Luxembourg transfer agent and administrator to ensure the client onboarding process is moving quickly, efficiently, and professionally.
- Develop regular communication with the fund's third-party transfer agent to provide positive client experiences through the onboarding process ensuring items move forward effectively and efficiently.
- Build a strong relationship with the firm's AIFM by providing transparent communication around distribution efforts and working alongside the team to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage a project tracker for all open items and collaborate with team members to ensure timely updates.
- Develop, track, and maintain monthly and quarterly key performance indicators (KPIs) for international operations.
- Prepare distribution updates and investor resolutions for international board materials (Cayman and Luxembourg).
- Create and prepare pitch books and investment proposals for large platforms, private banks, family offices or other prospects.
- Support leadership in the management of service providers, distribution platforms and other third-party vendors.
- Collaborate with various teams to create reporting materials, guides and other resources to support efficient business operations.
- Provide contextual inputs to develop new and enhance existing marketing materials; support the marketing team by proofreading routine updates with a strong attention to detail.
- Assist and lead various projects and analyses for the private wealth and business development teams.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and an interest in private markets and/or private wealth.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in administration, finance, accounting, business, or other related degree
- Minimum 5 years of client service, investor relations, and/or fund operations experience.
