Construction Lawyer (non-contentious) – Dublin

• The team advise on all stages of construction projects and PPPs from inception, planning, procurement, financing and construction through to completion.
• Drafting, advising on and negotiating development agreements, key construction contracts and consultant appointments on behalf of both public and private sector clients
• Advising on all local and international industry standard forms of construction and infrastructure contracts
• Advising on current legislation and regulatory requirements relevant to the construction industry

• Qualified Solicitor with 1+ years PQE in construction law
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Superb attention to detail
• Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
