As Country Manager for Ireland, you will lead and grow our wholesale business across the Irish market, owning both the strategy and the results. Lead the Irish wholesale business with full P&L responsibility, driving revenue, market share and profitability
Develop and execute the Irish market strategy, aligning commercial, sales and operational excellence priorities
Build and strengthen relationships with audiologists, independent hearing care providers, retail partners and distributors
Act as Registered Director, ensuring legal, regulatory, tax and governance compliance in line with Irish statutory requirements
Introduce new products and solutions to market, ensuring successful commercial launches
Provide strategic insight, forecasting and performance reporting to regional leadership
More about you:Essential:
Solid commercial leadership experience within medical devices, audiology, hearing care or related healthcare sectors
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L responsibility
Proven ability to build strategic customer relationships and negotiate commercial agreements
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
Eligible to act as an Irish Resident Director and meet statutory compliance requirements
Desirable:
Degree educated (or equivalent experience)
Strong understanding of the Irish healthcare and audiology landscape
Experience operating within regulated medical device environments
