As a Steri Nurse, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of infection control and sterilisation within the practice. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a passion for high standards, and a commitment to supporting a smooth and efficient clinical environment.Key responsibilities include:

Management of all instrument sterilisation and decontamination procedures
Ensuring compliance with cross-infection and hygiene protocols across all clinical areas
Supporting the clinical team with the preparation and sterilisation of dental instruments
Maintaining steri-room cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards
Stock control and organising supplies for surgeries
Assisting in occasional chairside duties as required

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting preferred but not essential – full training will be provided
A proactive team player with great communication and organisational skills
Someone who takes pride in delivering a clean, efficient, and well-organised clinical environment
A warm, calm, and friendly personality
High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
