- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for senior staff members.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Prepare and organize documents and reports.
- Conduct research as needed for various projects and assignments.
- Assist in the coordination of meetings and events, including logistics and materials preparation.
- Maintain and update filing systems and databases for easy access to information.
- Perform general office tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office inventory.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management skills and the capacity to meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English and in German.
- Salary: €36500 p/a
