Role: Contract Extension Advisor – German MarketLocation: Dublin CityModel: PermanentHours: Standard business hours (8-9am start options) 40 hours per weekSalary: On Target Earnings €45,000 + further uncapped commission earnings for exceeding targetsBenefits: Health insurance, pension scheme plan, bike to work and public transport scheme, 28 days annual leave, fitness membership and more…Training: 6 months onsite. Potential for hybrid working.Join our team as a Contract Extension Advisor specialising in contract renewals for an existing portfolio of business within the German based market. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in maintaining and continuing our relationships with existing clients. We are seeking a dynamic individual who thrives in a sales environment and excels at building rapport with clients, understanding their needs, articulate the value of our services, and negotiate contract terms to ensure a seamless renewal process.Responsibilities:

Engage with existing clients in German to understand their needs.
Effectively communicate the benefits and value propositions of our products/services.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions to secure timely renewals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system.

Requirements:

Fluency in written and spoken German and English at a professional level
Proven inside sales experience, preferably in a customer service and or account management role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes for accurate tracking
