- Provide guidance to ServiceNow Build Partners on platform best practices, security requirements, including remediation advice and potential feature enhancements.
- Automate manual processes and bring in more efficient and intricate ways of testing applications and integrations developed on ServiceNow's flexible Platform offering.
- Design and implement subsystems that are maintainable, scalable and highly testable with automation.
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- 7+ years of experience hands-on software development
- Strong scripting/development skills (ex: JavaScript, Python, Go, Ruby, Java, etc).
- Expertise on ServiceNow platform and products (e.g. ITSM, CSM, HR, SecOps etc)
- Mastery of TDD best practices and passion for testing your code
- Expertise with highly scalable service APIs
- Expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
- Familiarity with REST and other integration mechanisms
- Familiarity with an Agile development environment
- Familiarity with Quality Engineering and an understanding of different types of testing: functional and security testing
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly the new features and products on ServiceNow platform
- B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.S./M.Tech. in Computer Science or Electronics and Communications and with excellent academic record
