- Prepare monthly management accounts and deliver insights to senior stakeholders
- Lead the month-end close process, including journals, reconciliations and reporting
- Oversee commission processes, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies
- Conduct revenue and performance analysis to support business growth
- Manage forecasting and cashflow planning across the organisation
- Prepare board and management reporting packs on a quarterly basis
- Coordinate the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors
- Partner with key business units to provide financial insight and support decision-making
- Support financial due diligence and integration activity for growth initiatives
