Partner with HR and Resource Management on planning, staffing, and development
Support consultant growth, engagement, and rotation planningCommercial & Contractual InfluenceIdentify and convert growth opportunities within existing accounts
Drive proposal creation and RFP responses in collaboration with sales
Ensure contracts align with legal, commercial, and client expectationsRequirements15+ years in client delivery, account management, or consulting leadership
Proven success managing complex programmes and enterprise client relationships
Strategic thinker with a sharp commercial mindset and strong influencing skills
Comfortable operating in matrixed environments and leading diverse teams
Deep understanding of consultancy services, delivery operations, and legal frameworks
