- Act as the first point of contact, welcoming visitors and supporting employees
- Manage incoming calls and direct queries appropriately
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business
- Assist with preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements when required
- Ensure office supplies are maintained and well stocked
- Handle general office queries and provide support where needed
- Previous experience in a front of house or administrative role is beneficial
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage tasks independently
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- The ideal candidate will be available immediately or within 1 weeks notice
