Your Day-To-Day as a Recruitment Consultant

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients from a varied range of industries.
Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source, screen, and qualify candidates for various roles within the IT sector. Utilise a variety of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, networking, and database management.
Market Insight: Stay informed about the IT industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities. Use this knowledge to inform recruitment strategies and provide insights to clients and candidates.

What You Will Have:

3+ years of professional experience (Personal Banking Advisor, Branch Customer Consultant, Customer Advisor, Banking Sales Advisor, or similar roles)
A proactive, ambitious mindset and the confidence to take ownership of your growth
Strong communication skills and a natural drive to succeed
